Fitch is a fairly mediocre company that mostly does not attract top people.

The benefits were very good, and the hours were very reasonable. There are some industry leaders who are well respected in their fields.

Cons

Most people at Fitch are very mediocre -- with some exceptions, the talented people were miserable and left as soon as they could. It is not an innovative place to work at all, and managers and executives often seemed clueless and incompetent.

Mangement is fair, decent and smart. Attentention to quality and integrity are high. Management is actively engaged in improving product and work environment. Pay is okay. Benefits are good. Offices are nice Colleague are great.

Cons

Poor technology infrastructure creates frustrations and reduces productivity. Fitch is a smaller competitor in Industry. Pay is somewhat low compared to bigger competitors.
