Pros

- Fiserv was a great company under Jeff Yabuki, but not any more - Frank is leaving the organization to work for the social security department, so sharing this as a positive news

Cons

- Frank and Srini Krish, known for their ruthless working style, ruined the company culture after merger of Fiserv and First Data. They behave like aristocrats and don't care to connect with the people working on the ground. Their speeches are boring and scripted, lacking any emotions or empathy. - First Data brought in the culture of hiring contract workers instead of full time employees. How can a product based company thrive with this kind of a mindset. - Tremendous product knowledge loss due to high attrition at all locations - Lack of growth as you gain more years of experience. There is no clear growth path because the company doesn't have volume of work. - Lack of trust in the employees and unnecessary enforcement of hours of work to be done from the office despite calls in the late evening - Different teams / projects following different policies, lack of uniformity across the organization. HR team seems to be there for just a formality since news regarding any upcoming changes first comes as rumors and later as an official announcement

Pros

If it wasn't for the team that I had, I would have broken down.

Cons

Sure, here's a more concise version: There's no option to work from home; relocation might be necessary. In a tough job market, one might have to look for another job. Despite working hard for over five years and showing dedication, promotions are still out of reach. It was hoped that when Fiserv took over, there would be a new CEO, but it didn't happen. Also, it's unclear how Fiserv became the "Most Admired" company; it certainly wasn't voted for by the employees.

Pros

Good Learning Experience and collaboration with teams

Cons

Fiserv tracks the use of work-related softwares, website access, and dailywork patterns across the organization. They will keep asking you why your activity doesnt show 8 hours in Sapience's. It kind of stupid they think people who has 8 hours in that tool are the one working and others are not working.
