      I do not see any Pros now.

      Cons

      I have been working in Fiserv from 6 years now, and from past 1 year there has been a lot of office politics and the work environment has been degraded. I would not recommend anyone to work for this company now.

      Risking employee lives during coronavirus pandemic

      Pros

      In most ways, before the pandemic, it was a good place to work.

      Cons

      Fiserv is forcing nonessential employees who could easily work remotely to come into work on a rotating basis. There is absolutely no reason to endanger employees and entire communities by denying employees the right to work remotely during this global pandemic.
