Pros

The team I work with

Cons

- Forced a totally unnecessary return to office full-time with no hybrid or remote option allowed. The only logical explanation for this archaic decision is that it is designed to encourage attrition - Complete disregard from senior management and executive teams for staff's work/life balance and mental health - No job security. Redundancies announced at least once per year (occasionally twice), many occurring in teams that cannot afford to lose any more people and remain functional. People feel like they're always looking over their shoulder - Teams under-resourced, overworked and stressed due to above-mentioned redundancies, causing high levels of sick leave and attrition in critical areas - Culture of fear has crept in since the acquisition of First Data. Anyone who speaks up now is deemed a problem. Management simply don't care about fixing the major issues this company has

Pros

There still are some great smart innovating employees there and loyal clients that have put up with service issues and turnover. Used to be a great company.

Cons

Driving way too much knowledge out of the company. Forcing people into an office where they haven’t worked at one is a huge mistake and will backfire. Closing offices in a Florida and Texas and other places and expecting people to relocate to NJ? What’s next expecting associates to wear suits while in the office?

Pros

None at all... Horrible employer

Cons

Sinking ship.... The CEO is a greedy, clueless man who is living in the nineties. He opens a Hub to house 3,000 Employees....Conveniently located in New Jersey.... minutes from his home. And expects the majority of WFH (Work from Home) employees to move from wherever they are...to New Jersey...... The out of touch car has arrived in Upper Management. Go ahead...do that...And watch all the knowledge of key product lines exit the building... But people like him think that Bangalore and Rutgers will fill in the gaps .... The clients will soon find out what he is planning..and bail..... Way to go, Genius
