Frank Bisignano will kill the culture, if we want to remain one of the most admired companies. Get Frank Bisignano out of our organization.

Pros

1. The most important of all. Annual appraisals range from 7% to 13%. Generally majority gets 3 Rating, for which hike varies from 7% to 10%. One person in team gets 4 Rating, for which hike varies from 11% to 13%. 2. Coming to promotion - First of all heirarchy at Fiserv is ( Trainee> Associate>Professional>Analyst>Team Lead>Manager/Advisory>Sr. Manager> Director1> Director2> Director 3 and so on...). So till Analyst, it generally takes max of 3 years on each promotion. Otherwise you can be promoted in a year and half too. That totally depends on manager. Also they just give 5% extra on promotion. 3. Leave count is very good. We have 30 standard leaves + 4 flexi holidays+ 10 hospitalization leaves in a year. Standard leaves are paid leaves and only 30 can be accumulated for next year that too after your third year in organization. Leave policy is the best ever I have seen in IT industry. 34 leaves in year is superb. 4. The entire salary is fixed. There isn't any variable part. They just deduct 43,200 INR in the name of PF,so that our in hand salary can be increased. It's good in either ways. You will always get the best in hand salary one can get for certain CTC. 5. Cafeteria is the best part of Fiserv. We get cheap and good quality food. Yaa many of the existing fiserv employees looking into my review will say food isn't good. But trust me, buffet thali worth 40 INR( paid through 880 INR food coupon given by fiserv monthly) is the best. I'm just talking about Noida cafeteria. Don't know about other offices. 6. Medical insurance of 4 lakhs per annum with a cap on all diseases and term insurance of 25 lakh per annum.

Cons

1. Worst part is sapience tool that was installed on everybody's laptop in Q3 2019. It captures all events on your machine and u have to spend complete 8 hours on your laptop. If u miss tapping a keyboard button or moving your mouse for more than 5 mins, immediately sapience will go in unaccounted time. So apart from office time, you have to click 8 hours in that tool too. Don't take sapience lightly, if not completed, immediately u will get mail from your manager regarding failing to complete 8 hours average in month. Our timesheet i.e. clarity and sapience time in month-end is matched for everyone. This has ruined our life. We are fixed to our laptops everyday for complete 8 hours. SAPIENCE IS HELL!! 2. Original Fiserv prior to Merger with First data, had very good WFH policy. Now after merger, they have kind of blocked WFH . Thanks to COVID-19, in which atleast Fiserv agreed for WFH now. But take it guys if u are joining Fiserv, forget about WFH now. It's no more old fiserv now. 3. Original fiserv has very old technology/ legacy products but first data vertical is very advanced in terms of technology. Hope original fiserv products will also be advanced. 4. In the month of Mar 2020, just before the release of appraisal letters, so many people were fired across fiserv globally. This was first time fiserv fired people in India. This majorly happened due to the merger. This was very horrifying because 2 people sitting beside me were fired. They came to office like any other day and HR called him/her and forecully asked to resign. This can happen again in future too. These are the only 4 cons I see in fiserv. Apart from that it's evergreen organization, where everyone would love to stay.

Pros

They recently went to an unlimited PTO policy if you are at a certain pay grade or higher (but they only did that because they are requiring everyone to return to the office).

Cons

I’ve worked for Fiserv for 10 years. I’ve been remote for the last 8. When leadership changed to Frank Bisignano the entire organization started on a downward spiral. This list is long so I will try to keep it succinct 1. Pay has not kept up with either the market or inflation. 2. No flexibility in work arrangements. Remote is no longer an option. Relocation is a requirement and working onsite from a local office instead of moving is not an accepted compromise. 3. They practice “quiet promotions”(more responsibility with no official or financial recognition). Requests for the title and raise are ignored. 4. Retirement benefits are not competitive with other FinTechs. 5. Management is unconcerned with employee morale and will gloss over concerns by spouting corporate catch phrases and HR spin. 6. Financial gains in the company do not make their way to employees or teams. Stock price has risen dramatically but no change to working conditions or pay.
