Pros

I was paid on time. Nice town.

Cons

Management behave like over-zealous bouncers in a nightclub. Leaders lack empathy or insight. Expect door slamming, table banging, blaming and other forms of childish bravado. The turn over rate is very high. Most people leave by choice, some disappear without any explanation, and quite a few are even fired/forced out. It all makes for a strange atmosphere. Talented people grow despondent within mere weeks. It's a graveyard for those who genuinely seek challenges. Some people may excel in this type of environment, but for most it will be unpleasant.

Pros

Generally good comradery with team members, good pto time, decent benefits

Cons

Direction of the company is focused on share holders, no regard for working level employees, company has gotten too "big". Salary is far below industry. Tenure means nothing. No loyalty to the people that have stuck with the company for 10+ years.

Your candor is appreciated, although it's disappointing that we have let you down. While we take feedback like this and share it with appropriate internal resources, we also feel that our culture is not a match for everyone. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, which will be considered during our process of continuous improvement.

Pros

The below average pay gets to you on time. That's basically it. If you are fortunate enough to get on a team with some good people, misery loves company.

Cons

Hard to say more than what has been said already about how horrible this place is. The way you are monitored and tracked at Fiserv feels like high school part two: electric boogaloo. The overly expensive medical benefits are bottom of the barrel and hardly cover anything, which is ironic because working there is enough to make anyone sick to their stomach (too bad you'll have to wait in line for the bathroom due to the overcrowded office). Even if you desperately need a job, this place is not worth selling your soul and should truly be your last resort. The sad part is the people here who go out of their way to at least try and make things better or more enjoyable are the first people to be punished and shown the door. This place is a dictatorship in every sense of the word and should be avoided at all costs.
