      Pros

      -> period of transition = more open oppurtunities -> IT services consolidation = emphasis for technology roles, your technology thirst will be quenched -> limited IT budget = opportunities for delivering creative solutions -> Sr. Leadership support = good synergies

      Cons

      -> period of transition = demanding, sometimes very demanding work load wise -> IT standardization without agreement from all players = difficult to introduce new and innovative technologies

      Pros

      This is a very good company and I have found it a great place to grow over time. They allow people to learn and make mistakes while gaining experience.

      Cons

      I cannot say anything really bad about this company, but since the "cons" section is required in the review I will say that when the economy took a turn for the worse we all saw pay freezes for a long time in response, but so did a lot of other companies.
