      Pros

      The people are smart, and are truely great to work with.

      Cons

      Very pronounced "Good Ole Boys" club of elitist that are apparently immune to the rules that govern the majority.

      Pros

      There is a push to make the various components of Fiserv work closer together which is a huge undertaking, but will ultimately make it a better company.

      Cons

      After no raises in 2009, the 2010 raises were delayed until October. I got a good raise of 1.5% which speaks volumes. I don't see executives turning down their bonuses or postponing them. The only health plan offered is a High Deductible one with a Health Savings Account.

      The immediate management in Fiserv is poor.

      Pros

      Good exposure to varied technologies. Good exposure for skill development.

      Cons

      Immediate management are biased towards there subordinates. Good work is not rewarded. Even after doing fair work immediate management does not do a fair appraisal, if you are not in the good book of the manager. Policies are made in such a way that it can be easily utlized unfairly against direct reporting employees, for some illogical reasons.
