Immediate management are biased towards there subordinates. Good work is not rewarded. Even after doing fair work immediate management does not do a fair appraisal, if you are not in the good book of the manager. Policies are made in such a way that it can be easily utlized unfairly against direct reporting employees, for some illogical reasons.
