Camaraderie amongst those in the ranks. Solid strong teams who truly want to do the right thing for our customers.

Cons

Sr Management is doing their best to run this company into the ground. Les would be ashamed of today's Fiserv. It's not the corporation he built any longer. 30% of the stateside jobs have been outsourced with more to come with more to come. Client's no longer come first, just the greed of Sr Management. It's a shame, Fiserv used to be a wonderful place to work - always intense and stressful, but a great and innovative place.
