      Pros

      Most people here have been here for a long time. I like the employee stock purchase plan. They pay for two classes per semester if you go to school.

      Cons

      Really expensive benefits. The employee evaluations are ridiculous. Yabuki made over $5 million last year but we dont get raises.

      Pros

      Strong company with a number of career opportunities across a number of business disciplines and areas. There is not a deeper set of integrated financial service products in the market. If you want the market leader this is it.

      Cons

      The leadership team is somewhat out of touch with the front line management and technical staff. More work could be done to place the value of the associate as part of the core values of the company.
