      Pros

      When I joined it was a growing division and there was good opportunity for those who worked hard and smart. Management encouraged employee development. Good balance between work and home life.

      Cons

      Mortgage and real estate related business that is subject to market volatility. While opportunity was there compensation was very limited. Limited training opportunities for employees.

      Nice people to work with

      Cons

      As soon as you speak your mind you are a target. If you are a follower and follow the poor excuse for managers blindly you will be teachers pet and get promoted. You need to be a yes man in order to survive here. Do not speak up or try to improve things. Just do what you are told. If you are in a client service role now you will be stuck there until management decides you are ready to move on. You have to beg for training.

      Good Training Programs Dedicated Training Staff Telecommuting Opportunity Lots of variety to work Ability to impact and drive company profit results Diverse employee base Build positive peer to peer relationships for a comfortable and positive working enviornment

      Cons

      Poor pay compensation and promotional opportunities since Fiserv aquired CheckFree CEO gets pay increases, but employees do not Expected to evaluate performance but even if you are a solid contributor, there are no pay increases Not a lot of development opportunity for career growth
