Pros

Good pay and provided a flexible work environment. Benefits were OK. Fiserv has successfully made the switch to digital payments while at the same time still offering more traditional processing services for financial institutions.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity to advance. Typical Fortune 500 company in that there is a lot of red tape to go through.

Cons

Lackluster training Terrible shifts and work/life balance in my department REALLY slow to improve process Very silo-ed work business units cause unnecessary red tape. Typical "giant corporation" mentality Tons of "busy work" due to over-engineered process
