      Excellent life balance (don't include work) Good startup salary Nice office location and good interiors Gym and other facilities

      Cons

      Java guys stay away from this company. You will be humiliated ! Job at risk. they will ask you to look for options outside You will be asked to test .net code Family business, and too much favourism.

      Could be better, could be worse

      Pros

      Great employees with years of knowledge. Vacation package is decent. The company does promote a healthy balance between work and personal life.

      Cons

      Insurance options for a fortune 500 company is less than desirable. 401K match has not occurred in years. Processes constantly changing which have little to no value. Executive Leadership is out of touch with day to day operations and therefore do not see when mandated processes do not work.

      if you lucky then , > Flexible timing > No work load pressure > HR Polices are good enough else everything is in you managers hand.

      Cons

      >I hate those stupid leads who don't know how to work and how to get work done. >Don't believe on oral commitments. >annual appraisals % is very low. (0-10) . you may get more(not more than (20 %) if you are lucky. > with exception to some talented individuals, you will find dump people as you senior(mostly). > some project moved to latest technologies,however some are still behind due to these dump people as they are there for more than 5 years. > No more onsite opportunity,if you ask for then mangers are smart enough to convince about how are they trying. > they say 'Fortune 500' but managers lack in that thinking.
