      They are open to change. The flexibility, competitive pay and benefits provided to employees shows they care about a group of stakeholders that is often ignored. They are always talking about the value delivered, meeting commitments and focusing on customer's point of view. They believe in phone and face to face communication more than email.

      Cons

      Still a little disorganized but the company is doing its best to fix this problem.
