      Arrogant senior leadership that gets a hole in one and thinks it did it with skill (makes money despite itself).

      Pros

      The pay is decent, and if you are on the right team the job is stable. There are also some really good intelligent people that work at Fiserv.

      Cons

      The good intelligent people either get beat down by the poor decisions of the senior leadership, or they leave once they realize they can't make the company better. The health benefits are downright awful for a company that makes so much money.

      Very political environment. No one helps you. Working hours strictly from 8am to 6pm. Most of the indian developers in company.

      Pros

      Pay is very good for the Lincoln area. Well established company and leader in providing software for financial institutions across the globe.

      Cons

      It's kind of a sink or swim situation. Did not feel I had the support of my managers. Wait times for incoming phone calls is much too high. Morale is very low.
