      Cafeteria is cost effective way to eat

      Cons

      $600/month for family insurance coverage. On top of that UHC is the worst insurance company out there. Be prepared to pay over 13K out of pocket, 7200 for premiums and 6k for out of pocket because with as little as UHC pays, you WILL hit the max out of pocket. Normal company vacation days are not given, (ex. Friday after Thanksgiving) you have to use your PTO.
