      Good work environment. Good policies. Transparency in organisation structure. Recognitions for good work. Flexible timings. Good administration. Nice work culture.

      Cons

      In my team there is high work pressure. Less cultural activities. Less holidays. Tough to meet work timelines. No out of station trips.

      Pros

      - Strong and tenured management team in place in my division. - Stability of sales team/sales management - Pay and incentives are good. Benefits very good with one exception. - Good reputation in industry. Innovative company with very good products. - Have been at Fiserv for several years and Fiserv is highly ethical place to work. 'Doing the right thing" is stressed continuously. Strong morals and values in company. - Very strong stock performance - better work/life balance than many other banking sales jobs, but still alot of travel

      Cons

      - not many cons - not a fan of our health plan choices - limited advancement opportunites for a sales person in my division due to stability of sales team and sales management

      Enough number of opportunities to capture for desired growth. Team work is cherished but you often get opportunities for individual contribution to show your skills.

      Cons

      Recognition and awards is major issue in the firm. After specific period of time you feel that your work is not appreciated and you do not get enough recognition.
