Pros
- Strong and tenured management team in place in my division. - Stability of sales team/sales management - Pay and incentives are good. Benefits very good with one exception. - Good reputation in industry. Innovative company with very good products. - Have been at Fiserv for several years and Fiserv is highly ethical place to work. 'Doing the right thing" is stressed continuously. Strong morals and values in company. - Very strong stock performance - better work/life balance than many other banking sales jobs, but still alot of travel

- not many cons - not a fan of our health plan choices - limited advancement opportunites for a sales person in my division due to stability of sales team and sales management
