      Excellent at driving improved stock price. Solutions are great when quality cooperates.

      Cons

      Culture of finger pointing and lack of trust below C-level. Company benefits, compensation, and stock grants/options are below market average or worse. Employees would buy-in more and not complain about a 3% raise pool if they were vested in EPS via stock, but that rarely goes below VP level.
