      1. Great starting salary as a fresher. 2. You will get the exposure to the US banking domain 3. Managers and Leads are helpful 4. Onsite opportunities

      Cons

      1. Onsite opportunity depends upon project to project and it is always short term 2. Middle management is worse in some of the projects. 3. Team members that are having more than 5 years of experience in a particular product generally gets ignored while paying the compensation or increment
