Pros

Coworkers are friendly. When an issue does arrive people are willing to help resolve the issue as fast as possible. Love my job hate the fact you are expected to be at work every single day especially when your so sick you cant hold your head up.

Cons

If your truly sick you can forget calling out and trying to recover so you be your best once your well enough to go back to work. They don't care about anybody except their self. I was diagnosed with Flu, bronchitis, sinusitis and ear infection. Because of there stupid point system if you call out then be prepared for a discussion once you return. They dont allow any sick days there your expected to work your butt off for a company who wont allow you to get well

Pros

fun, team-based environment, job task very easy, easy to hit performance bonuses, good lunch program, group chat with coworkers made it easy to get help quick

Cons

A lot of promoting outside of the company, not a lot of career development or career path exploration within the company as there was talk of in training, insurance expensive, job was not challenging enough and supervisors did not encourage cross-training, difficult to get feedback other than the once a month 15 minute coaching time.

Pros

People are nice, job was easy most of the time, call center customer service is just what I thought it would be.

Cons

Training was a week long and we spent almost the entire time working on only a couple things and most of the calls I receive are about other things and I've just taught myself as I went along, also disappointed when I was hired through Randstad I was told it was a longer contract and would be temporary to permanent after a couple months and I come to find out the position is only contracted for 3 weeks long.
