Easy money for what it is

Cons

This job was a big joke. There is no supervisor barely any managers… you don’t even know if you are part of a team and who you report to. After training, you just start taking calls and you are basically on your own. Overtime is mandatory why no one advise you during the interview process. They can cancel anytime as well so you can’t even plan your life around your schedule. No wonder why this place was so empty!!!!

The position can get stressful as there are non stop calls every day. The goals and metrics are set at very high expectations which can be hard to reach and maintain and you are held responsible when not conforming to them.
