Training and on boarding is great for entry level professionals trying to get their foot in the door of working in a corporate environment. Good to get some experience and go elsewhere.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement are minimal and cost of living increases are nonexistent.

Benefits start day one. That's about it so far.

Cons

This is a company that claims to be the most innovative in the world but for employees, we need to use over 15 different outdated computer systems, receive only 2 weeks of training on them, and and receive no industry training while earning slight above most states new minimum wage amount with zero additional monetary incentives.
