Pros

Well its a job..... Only good thing I have to say is the 6 hour breaks.

Cons

Well were do I start first the supervisor has favorites. The union is the worst one I have ever been in ever. In Cincinnati they received no holiday pay no sick days or time off. And the first time you make any complaints you are targeted by management to be fired. If you want employee's treat them right and pay them right. Also the bonus your promised is a lie they take taxes out of it.

Pros

I love the kids I work with, the hours are nice if you are going to school. They do pay for licensing and everything that's involved with maintaining the federal and state requirements.

Cons

The company is never staffed fully so it's incredibly stressful all the time. The drivers are rarely backed up by management, when the school personnel decide that they don't like a driver for whatever reason the driver loses that route, or their job. There is no possibility for promotions or upward movement--unless you want to move out of state.
