Pros

Company believes in safety and does provide excellent service to customers. Has been a leader in driver training and driver wages.

Cons

Definitely a large company with a company 1st mentality. Had no issues with working management and other full time staff excessive hours.

Pros

Part time job working with great kids! Free B licensing (if you pass of course). Can bring your kids if you are a stay at home parent. Can pick up extra work by way of charters: weddings, school trips etc. (also pretty much at minimum wage but often the bus driver gets free entrance to events/parks)

Cons

Great responsibility (read: liability - with minimum wage pay)

If you love to work with children it is an awesome and rewarding job.

Cons

The management treats the drivers poorly, have no respect for what is bid on. They don't care if you have seniority or if you have bills to pay, they will cut your hours in a second.
