Enjoy job but frustrated with management

Pros

Decent pay for part time work. Can pick up more hours if desired. Great for parents, you can bring your kids on the bus with you, when kids are off so are you.

Cons

Office is very busy so difficult to get issues resolved, also because of that errors are often made in payroll, so have to keep a close eye on your hours. paperwork handed in disappears & doesn't have a designated place to go. Company seems more interested in profits. Routing program used is not conducive for bus routing

Off in the summer and can collect Unemployment Physically easy work for older people Weekends holidays and bad weather days off (but without pay)

Cons

Pay not comparable with responsibility or qualifications Always looking to cut cost which means your pay. Terrible facility at this location. No parking and muddy sloppy bus lot Management very poor and hostile most of the time
