Flexible schedules. Outdoors. Kids are great. Other driver employees are great. Your job is important. Get paid wait time on field trips but not full pay.

Cons

Management does not value employees. Constantly blames employees for their own shortcomings. No benefits and not full time. This district does not pay full pay for wait time.

Weekly pay Summers off or can choose to work summer school .

Cons

Our location has had problems paying its employees since day 1. Equip is unsafe and yet they continue putting buses out on road with children on board. No benefit pkg at all.
