Cons

Lack of ability to move up within unless you work directly in a location. Poor follow through in consequences of their actions.

If you enjoy working with children, and take seriously the responsibility of making sure that they are safety transported to and from school, then this is a very rewarding part-time job.

Cons

You have to be someone who enjoys getting up before sunrise in a variety of weather conditions; and it is a part-time job which makes it a little difficult to find an additional place of employment to make any additional income if needed.
