Good pay for job that doesn't require a formal education.

Pros

Paid to train and get license. Union bases have good wages, have some paid holidays and retention bonus, etc. Most of work follows school calendar, so no nights, weekends or summers unless you want. Kids are fun to work with.

Cons

Not much summer work if you need it.
