Don't pay well and no insurance and you have to come back and forth to work not a job to have to make a living on.

Easy schedule with weekends and summer off. Health insurance benefits, even during the summer time. Many opportunities for extra hours driving for other bus yards.

Cons

Not enough hours, and you have to get unemployment during the summer. Needs a little better training program on how to manage students on the bus.
