      Pros

      Easy schedule with weekends and summer off. Health insurance benefits, even during the summer time. Many opportunities for extra hours driving for other bus yards.

      Cons

      Not enough hours, and you have to get unemployment during the summer. Needs a little better training program on how to manage students on the bus.
