I have met and dealt with many great people I like that the schedules are flexible since I am also a college student I also like that they pay for everything needed to obtain a cdl and school bus permit, plus they pay you while training

Cons

They are a little lacking in the benefits department, but it is a part-time job The pay could also be better since the districts around us pay more on average

20 hours guaranteed pay per week with the option for more hours. Great training. Free CDL class B. Low stress and easy to handle.

Cons

Horrible insurance (so bad you can still qualify for Obamacare subsidies). No sick days. Expensive dental. Field trips, recruiting, and office work pays less than driving.
