      Pros

      20 hours guaranteed pay per week with the option for more hours. Great training. Free CDL class B. Low stress and easy to handle.

      Cons

      Horrible insurance (so bad you can still qualify for Obamacare subsidies). No sick days. Expensive dental. Field trips, recruiting, and office work pays less than driving.
