Competitive salary, good work environment, overall competent work force.

Cons

Company seems to have lost sight of it's values; inattentive to social responsibilities towards it's employees. Poor leadership from upper management; promotions unrelated to performance or scientific merit; some technical consultations are disappointing but consultants are kept nevertheless to write rave reports for the boss.

Great place to work. Innovative environment, multicultural organization, friendly co-workers. Beautiful and interesting bussiness. great compensation and benefits. Corporative communication arrives to every employes, it is always good to know what are you working for.

Cons

Conservative, poor compensation structure, hudge differences in salary between co-workers. No career opportunities for logistics fields, very limited future opportunities. There ir not a work/life balance for support deparments like supply chain
