      Pros

      Great entrepreneurial company! The employees in Princeton are all great and a pleasure to work with. Excellent pay, bonuses, and other incentives.

      There's always talks and rumors about people getting let go or fired, which does not exactly make it seem like a safe work environment

      Good stable company, less inclined to lay-off than publicly traded companies in area. Good vacation policy, reasonable compensation. Interesting niche industry fragrances and flavors.

      Cons

      Supply chain and financial priorities change from year to year. Significant work done on an initiative, then company may take up another initiative. Business processes not as formalized and developed as some publicly traded companies.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours, as long as you do your job, you're appreciated. The people are generally easy to get along with. Good benefits. Not a great salary, but over time is sometimes available.

      Cons

      Poor communication from management. Catty complainers. Problems don't get intelligently solved. Quantity is valued over quality.
