No one micromanages you, you can work as little or as much as you wanted. Overtime with your feet up.

Cons

No management present and therefore everyone did anything they wanted. Pure chaos

Work life balance and great company events from time to time Long Chinese New Year break

Cons

Not much employees interaction and engagement from HR and HR is quite nonchalant about the employees. GM is a nice person but the HR loves to sit in her office instead of interacting with the staff to understand the business. Lean structure as 1 person is doing 2 people load now since business is cutting cost - Not sure if the management is aware of this. IT infrastructure not efficient enough to support our work, microsoft office version is quite backwards.

People are mostly kind. Some extra benefits are nice. The multinational environment.

Cons

Very high and unrealistic workloads > results in sick leaves. Management by stress. No Onboarding, not transparent and not really modern. Payment is low compared to competitors salaries.
