As this is a huge private company, there are relative freedom to do what you want to do if you can get the right support.

Cons

As this is a huge private company, if you can't get the right support, it doesn't matter how rational your proposal is - It won't happen!

Great overall company that is super creative and good environment

Cons

Terrible management. Employees are treated as disposable within perfumery. Causes a lack of innovation within that department, that’s why perfumery within firmenich is going down. Nepotism and agism are also rampant.
