      Pros

      Fewer by the day. This company has lost sight if what Earl B Finning's dream was.

      Cons

      This company is so top heavy with people sitting in the wrong chair it is insane. It doesn't invest in itself and compromises long term growth to pay small dividends. Run, don't walk away, unless you are looking for short term employment and an opportunity to see how not to run a business.
