      Good options for growth, great work environment, and you will never have payment problems

      You can be in the same position for years, it depends a lot on the leadership you get, the growth you can achieve.

      Pros

      Finning allows you to do the job you were hired to do, no micromanaging. Great atmosphere with the most wonderful people to work with and along side.

      Cons

      Employee recognition, they do not do a good job of this at all. There is no control over hiring for positions, they go right up the chain to an SVP. Ridiculous.
