Good pay and benefits, flexibility during the day
Cons
No back fill coverage so taking extended time off is very difficult, No time off during month end which is 2 weeks out of every month. Horrible management style, clearly significant lack of management training, significant lack of communication overall, especially things that pertain to your job directly you have no say in and usually hear about very last minute.
