Pros

I would say the pay is fair and it would be if employees were not treated like trash, especially women and minorities. You will be bullied and forced to work unpaid overtime to get a "bonus".

Cons

Rampant bullying and a Catholic priest leading it, cheats workers but gives money to charities

Fidelis Care Response

An anonymous post on Glassdoor is an easy way for a disgruntled former employee to make malicious statements that accuse a former employer of systemically engaging in illegal practices such as discriminating against women and minorities and not paying overtime to employees. These allegations are false. By allowing anonymous users to post comments without any accountability, and with no provision for dialogue, Glassdoor and other similar sites facilitate personal attacks - with many made by those more interested in retaliation or advancing a personal agenda than in contributing to the "helpful, balanced, and authentic community" that Glassdoor purports to represent. Here are some facts about Fidelis Care that job seekers may find helpful: On the latest employee survey conducted by an independent organization, nearly 90% of 2,100 staff members who responded reported that they are proud to work here, and 86% reported a strong sense of commitment to the company. Employees continued to express their commitment to the corporate mission, reflecting that it provides a sense of purpose and meaning for their work. With a record-high participation rate at 92%, and many survey responses exceeding industry standards. the overwhelming majority of employees indicated that they would recommend Fidelis Care as a good place to work. For those considering a career move, reviewing thoughtful, respectful, and balanced employee opinions and experiences - whether positive or negative - can be a helpful resource. We encourage job seekers on Glassdoor to thoroughly research Fidelis Care, and invite you to learn more by visiting fideliscare.org/careers.

Pros

Mission is to serve the underserved. Health insurance for all.

Cons

Managers treat staff as if they were children, they don't ask for their feedback on projects it input ideas and they ask you to complete tasks at the last minute with minimal direction. Most people are required to do tasks outside of their job description and it's tedious, and demoralizing. The felt I worked in was very disorganized and overloaded with work. All people did most days was complain and look for another job.
