There's a reason they are not able to get people to apply there
Pros
Most of the people are good people who are friendly and more than willing to join forces to help each other out. Paid time off is good and benefits are ok.
Cons
There is an "us vs them" mentality with management and their own team. Blatant lies are not just told but reported to upper management and HR, even though the lies are easily proven inaccurate. Communication is nonexistent, no transparency, no training of any kind, no clear departmental vision or goals, no teamwork, it is heavily frowned upon to speak to C level Execs about anything like they are a God or something, working conditions are horrible with desks being right in the middle of the main walkways so you will have zero privacy, no ability to concentrate, no area to do your work and just forget about talking on the phone because of the distractions of people walking by. If you're lucky you will be put in a tiny honeycomb with 5 others. Your opinions and thoughts mean nothing and you will not even be given the common courtesy of voicing them. No matter what it is you think of it is wrong. Excessive work is mandatory (3 different reports that all contain the same exact information). Management has no people skills and will not do anything to correct it. Some managers think they are the greatest thing that ever happened to the company so you will repeatedly hear all about the work they have done over the years and how they saved the world time and again, all during departmental meetings that are supposed to be a chance for people to ask for advice or assistance. People literally fall asleep or spend the entire hour playing on their phone or computer. I cannot stress enough to stay away from Fidelis!!!!
