      Pretty good hours, if you're used to a call center then this could be comfortable

      Horrible upper management. Supervisors treat you like dirt. No real chance to make bonus.

      A paycheck that is always consistent, opportunity for overtime, cross-training, great entry-level job with proper 4 week training.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no room for growth in this company. You will be doing the same repetitive work, every single day. Moving to different departments, are ALL lateral moves, no increases in pay.
