      Horrible place to work as a Call Center Representative.

      People from other departments say that they have had positive experiences with the company.

      Cons

      Nepotism, no organization, weak management, lack of knowledge amongst supervisors, no employee morale; not a positive work atmosphere. I regret coming to this company.

      Pros

      Good pay, flexible hours and if your in the field like I was then you don't have to deal with a stupid supervisor all the time (just when they call and you better answer or you'll get written up!)

      Cons

      Where to start? Boring work, harassment if you miss your quota, harrassment if you make your quota, no support from management. I tried thinking outside the box one too many times to increase sales, got a corrective action and then the supervisor stole my idea . I was gone within the month
