This is a fast growing company that is experiencing, as should be expected, growing pains. Yes, things and routines change, sometimes in the same day, but if you're flexible and get the growing process you'll do fine. There are times of the year you may have to work late, it's part of the business. The pros greatly outweigh the cons here.

Poor business sense of executive staff. Inability to change with the times and flex with growth.
