      Career lasted only three weeks, like many

      Pros

      They paid well, but what good it that, when you are yelled at each and everyday and told how bad you are.

      Cons

      I came into the IT organization with high hopes. I realized after the first week it is so messed up you can't be successful. I was told the second day that the expectation was to work 70+ hours and weekends or else. Well I decided it was time to move on so i was able to go back to my old job. This organization is very negative. The CEO is a priest, and I can say he is anything but that. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

      None pros at all- none!

      Cons

      Fidelis is dishonest in every aspect of their business. They are only concerned about money. I was bullied and harassed, and assaulted at this job. They concealed my work related injury by not filing the appropriate paperwork and then did everything they could to harm me and my family. There is no such thing as making your own hours there-at least not for a nurse, they hate nurses and try to force you to do extra hours for no pay. A so-called priest running this business.
