      They have a nice pantry.

      Ferrero in Singapore is a disaster from the receptionist to the directors. Careful what you sign up for. Pinoy bosses are sickening to work for and use politics to mess with you. Really sad I left my previous company for this useless place.

      Pros

      Amazing history in Italy so lots of good memories for those who have been here 20 years . Great staff food and at Christmas, we get lots of gifts. Free chocolate at every desk

      Cons

      male dominated leaders with no movement if you have children and are a women. All promotions are done in secret and mainly Italian men get ahead . Zero smart working and you are expected to work long hours just to be seen The office is dull , lacking in any creativity as this is all done in Italy . Meetings held in Italian so you don't understand what is being said

      Pockets of good people, fun brands, 9-5 every day (if you're into that)

      Cons

      Leadership is incompetent/insecure/egotistical, everyone is stuck in old ways of doing things, resistant to change, aren't able to have your voice heard or they'll view you as overbearing, no learning or development opportunities, zero career pathing. Bottom line: this is not the place for you if you're smart, driven, motivated, and looking to learn and advance your career.
