      Pros

      Used to be a family friendly / oriented company. Quality products. Used to care if employees were treated fairly. Mr. Ferrero's death was the death of all of his values.

      Cons

      Managers aren't scrutinized or reprimanded for bad management/behavior. So disorganized that no one masters or fixes issues with internal systems. HR/Management is not interested in anyone but themselves and cover up for incompetent employees.

      The people! The team ethos before Ferrero purchased Thorntons

      Cons

      Sexist - if you are male you will do well if you agree to be a yes man essentially. Try and raise issues and you will get shot down. It has a great shiny feel until you dig alittle and see that the culture is broken. If you do not mind being put into a box with lots of red tape then it is fine.

      Disorganised management allows you to learn things from the scratch because you are on your own

      Cons

      No one cares for the performance. If you are not italian, you are not going anywhere. Dysfunctional. No accountability.
