"I was an auto parts salesman. It was not a great job, but I never thought I could do anything else. I saw a job posting, and I thought I would join Family First Life. I will never work anywhere else. I love knowing when I decide to work I work for me. They are very transparent about the comp, and I know what I am getting for my work. I never had to sign a contract. I feel inspired by my upline and love the agency I joined. I like I can go to the office if I need to focus or work on my own. It is up to ME. "

Family First Life is a friendly workplace for women. When I thought about insurance sales I thought it to be ALL men. This is not the case at Family First Life. Often they highlight the high producing women in the company and have a panel at their annual convention for all the women in the company to train together. I particularly love being my own boss and working the hours that fit into my families schedule. I am so happy I chose Family First Life.
